-For a 50% refund of the accomodation fees, cancellation must be 30 full days before check in

-If the guest cancels less than 30 days, no refund.

-If the guests arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

-A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest send an email to zantesuites@gmail.com

-For early booking is 100% payment in advance without cancellation refund.

-For a reservation guest pays 35% deposit and 15 % 7 days before check in.

-Balance with check in.

-Deposit is not refundable
